    Very sour shot

Tastes very sour, I was hoping for it to taste more balanced like the packaging suggests.

Thanks for giving Birchwood a try. We’d love to learn a little more about how you’re pulling your shots so we can help troubleshoot. And if you’re looking for a different espresso profile, Black Squirrel or Twin Cities may be a better fit. Either way, we will reach out directly and hopefully point you in the right direction for a better-tasting shot on your machine.

    My go to coffee

This is a stable at my house! I love to try new flavors here and there, but this is my go to tried and true. It’s got a nice richness but not bitter or too strong! Perfect for my espresso machine.

That's awesome, Liliya! We love that Birchwood has become your go-to, and we're glad to know it's working so well with your espresso machine. We also appreciate you trying our other flavors, too! ;)
